We cut the ends of the layers with Electric End Cutter.

We use three cutting tables. Two of them are
18mts long and 1.8mts wide and one is 10mts long and 1.2mts wide.

Our company uses CAD services for making of basic patterns, grading in sizes and marker making.

We use electric straight knives to cut the layers into smaller blocks.

For precise cutting of the garments' panels we use band-saw machines with air.

The fusing is made on Continuous Fusing Machines
with precise adjustment of time, pressure
and temperature.
